How does cancellation work?

Cancellation is covered by the Terms of Service and Refund Policy. In short, for first-time Minecraft/VPS orders, a refund may be requested within 24 hours of activation. How do I restore a backup?

Restore the backup in the panel, then press Start in the panel to start the server again.
